Mrs. Maricela Rodriguez.
Mrs. Rodriguez was born in Chicago, IL but grew up in Jalisco, Mexico. After finishing elementary school, her family moved to California U.S. Growing up in both countries allowed her to learn English and Spanish fluently. In 2004, she graduated from California State University with the Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. She worked for the IES Language Foundation where she taught Spanish in different elementary schools including Los Paseos Elementary in San José California. Mrs. Rodriguez moved to Georgia in 2008 and joined Dalton Language Institute where she teaches Spanish to children in summer and after school programs.
Mr. Abad Marroquin
Mr. Marroquin was born in Chiapas Mexico. He moved to the U.S. after finishing high school. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in education with an endorsement in ESOL from Dalton State College, University System of Georgia. He’s the Director of Dalton Language Institute and has taught Spanish and English as a second language since 2009.
Mrs. Evelyn Martinez
Mrs. Martinez was born in Monterrey, Mexico. After graduating with a Bachelor Degree in Primary Education in Monterrey, she taught in elementary education for several years. In 1999, she moved to the U.S., and since then, she has worked in different schools in the Dalton area including Dalton High School, Precious Possessions, and Dalton Preschool, Inc. Mrs. Martinez joined Dalton Language Institute in 2010 and has taught Spanish and English as a second language on a part time basis.
Mr. Aaron Moore
Mr. Moore was born in Chatsworth Ga. He studied Data Analysis, Journalism, Administration,
Leadership and Communications through the University of Maryland and the U.S. Army. Mr. Moore traveled extensively residing in Mexico, Nicaragua, Honduras, Germany, and the USA. His first language is
English, but he speaks Spanish fluently with a native accent. He was certified and rated “Advanced Plus” by the Language Line University. He taught Spanish and English for three years through ACLA
community programs in Dalton GA. At Dalton Language Institute he teaches Spanish and English as a second Language.
